5K race starts at top of School Lane - ouside lap of B.N.S. playing field - back onto School Lane - left onto St. Mary's Street - JKL Street - left at Town Hall -  down Clonmullen Lane - left onto Carrick Road - right onto Dunnes Stores ring road - right onto Francis St.- and left into School car park.
